First off. I got this as a miss price. I was lucky. Looking for a laptop and I just happened to stumble across this. Im happy with my purchase. But Im not sure if I would have been if I had paid full price.
This is a very well equiped laptop. A real all rounder. But the build quality is pathetic. In the three months I have had it. Pieces have fallen off, the chassis has started to warp to an extent that when you type on a flat surface there is a wobble and one of the USB ports has stopped working.
The plastics used are cheap and ill suited, the fascia on the side has joins on the top, for what I can see is no good reason. etc... etc...
Probably the most annoying thing is that the fan is never off. Always on. Always. The laptop also runs hot. Idling at about 50 it can easily climb up to 80 at which temperature the fan is really noticeable.
I dont expect this to last very long. But I was really just looking for something to tide me over. But if you are looking for a laptop, steer clear, at least at full price.
