This laptop is used in the house for everyday tasks ranging from checking emails to writing an essay. For the general tasks such as these it is a very reliable computer and does not disappoint on any of the basic functions. The screen is well lit making the movie watching experience pleasurable and the touchpad is very responsive so using it is a cinch. I personally don't like the feel of the touchpad due to the bumps used rather than a smooth surface, also the speakers sometimes sound slightly tinny. The battery life is generally good until you start watching high quality videos or playing games when it starts to drain away. This laptop, however, should not be used for anything more extensive than web browsing and using light programs. I once tried to use it to continue my development project and the lag was very noticeable, the processor being only an i3 2330M is not capable of running process intensive programs or high graphics games making it a very average laptop which is fine for the general everyday user, but any heavier users would not be satisfied with this product. It does what is says on the box, no more, no less.
