Disadvantages: speaker factory defect

I have a HP pavilion dv9000 laptop and looks the same as this DV9006ea but the RAM on my laptop is much higher with 3GB and harddrive is 250GB and its a windows vista with 17inch widescreen also but one thing I have noticed with this laptop is the speaker, its altec lansing right? But i've noticed that the skin of the speaker has an opening, it is not aligned, the skin of the speaker should be flat, but the laptop i've got is not, so i return it to the store where i bought it and have it replaced, so they did, but i was just a bit dissatisfied with the product. It's a brand new laptop for gods sake. It must be worth the money that i paid it. So for someone who buys an HP pavilion laptop, beware of the speaker on it, you should scrutinize it very well so that you could get the worth of your money
