      Excellent media centre.

This year, I decided, and swore on my own stash of ice cream that I wouldn't try Vista until all the bugs had been fixed. I was browsing Ebay a couple of months ago and saw this particular computer staring at me from the picture section. So, at the ludicrous low price it was at, I purchased it and it arrive in about a week. As you can see, its stats are amazing and even I couldn't find a bug in Vista. Its DVDRAM drive is easily enough for my media needs, I can write 5GB DVDs for pics and text, the RAM is easily enough for my lifestyle (about 5 browsers at once!) and the network adapters are amazing. The rotating AND tilting screen works a treat for watching movies and music videos, and would also be brilliant for a family computer.
