Advantages: Light weight, easy to use
Disadvantages: sometimes a bit too small
I was given the X-series thinkpad when I worked at IBM and I think it was a suitable laptop that would really easy to travel with. The fact that it was light and tiny meant that it would fit perfectly well in my hand bag when travelling to work. No need to carry a laptop bag in rush hour. The price is reasonable as well. I was tempted to buy one when I left the company as it was so convenient.
The X-series has many different models that have different specs. I was given one from work which has all the latest software so it was really good.
The laptop is easy to use for all types of people. Sometimes it was a little annoying because I would be staring at a tiny screen for hours.
I would say that this laptop is ideal for those that travel as it fits into all bags and is very light in weight. The battery life is pretty good; it used to last me for a few hours. The charger is also very light and compact unlike the typical Lenovo chargers.
Summary: overall, I did like this laptop as it was good for me as I travelled a lot
