Titanium composite construction protects the X Series from the wear and tear of travel. A one-button link to Access ThinkPad and the ThinkPad Assistant provides convenient access to information users need to set up, learn about and enhance their notebook. All models feature the legendary ThinkPad keyboard with the patented TrackPoint pointing device and a ThinkLight keyboard light on top edge of display that allows for work in low-light conditions. An easy-open cover enables users to open and close the ThinkPad X Series with one hand, and the innovative UltraPort connector on top of the display edge provides attaching options such as a digital camera and future products including an array microphone and wireless solution. In addition, an optional new lightweight UltraBase X2 media slice allows mobile workers to take advantage of media and storage devices on the road.

well-known bank but as they now have brand new laptops, they were selling off the old ones. Don t get me wrong, these are still in pretty good condition with Pentium III processor, but if something better comes along, why shouldn t they go for it. The T23 also comes in the 2648 range or you could try other laptops in the T range - T20, T21, T22, T23... The T23 has been designed for use with Windows XP but mine came with Windows 98. A Good travelling sub Notebook with its titanium alloy, and screen-saving lid surface its quite safe to carry around in those long journeys. Packed in a Traditional IBM Design this small laptop comes with a higher price tag and if you start buying all the floppy and optical drives , docking station. The Price is going to reach the sky. The only time this product or any IBM product becomes worthy of its price tag is when it comes to support my personal experience with IBM support department was a pleasent change from the other competitors.
