I?m an owner of an IPC PowerNote M .

I purchased my laptop about 4 months ago for about £750 brand new which I admit made me a bit suspect at first? I had little choice however as my budget would not stretch to ?main stream? brand and even when I did find a Dell or a Compaq I could afford, the spec was poor in comparison to the IPC.

So I get my new IPC and all is well? it runs like a dream with Fire wire and USB2.0 running like grease lightning? Two months down the line and guess what ? I have a problem .. shocker ! I need to plug in a new 17? Iliyama monitor I?ve just purchased and it won?t work! So I go to IPC?s support site teksupportuk.com and find to my surprise a really easy to uses database of questions and answers within their forum (didn?t have the answer to mine but it did have other stuff I found useful)
The have a support number to call but instead I used their chat support system ?Active?. I got talking to a chap called Rich and within 5 minutes I had the monitor up and running?

I can vouch for other IPC models ? I only one .. But what I can say is that this model and brand come highly recommend
