When I bought this laptop, Lenovo had only recently taken over the laptop / netbook arm of IBM, and having owned IBM laptops in the past, I was hoping the expertise had also been passed over to the take over company. Fortunately, in my experience with this laptop, it most certainly has been. The main selling points for me in a laptop are not processor speed, hard drive size, amount of RAM etc, but more the build quality, durability and an often overlooked feature (but the most important!): the keyboard.
