Rating:
Overview: This is a lightweight ultraportable Laptop retailing for approximately £750. Description and appearance: Black plastic with flip top lid that opens through pressing a catch on the front. All the keys are black except the enter key which is blue (this looks a bit odd). Advantages: Approximately half the weight of a standard laptop. Battery life is approximately 4 hours which is excellent. Smart, sleek appearance. Disadvantages: Small screen which measures 26cm x 16cm, which means more eye strain. The fact it is compact and lightweight means that there is less functionality in the main body of the computer. Therefore, if you want to use a mouse or a CD ...

Once it has started up (which can sometimes take a while due to Lenovo installed applications ...

had the choice I wouldn t have looked twice at this laptop as it is a bit of an ugly beast and I m not all that familiar with the Lenovo brand. As it was, this is the standard laptop given out at work and I have used it for just over a year. The laptop is plain looking but is certainly robust. Everything about its looks suggests this is for people who choose functionality over style. It has taken some batterings in the time I have owned it but the black casing seems to be scratch proof. It is not the lightest laptop I have seen (2.4kg) but it is certainly thin and as such is easy to carry around. To give you some facts and figures, the laptop comes with a 100gb hard ...
