Disadvantages: pretty much the whole laptop

had nothing but trouble with my Thinkpad, and have a very low opinion of the machine and of Lenovo's customer support. This was bought for me by my boss and cost a lot of money for what you get. I have personally bought much cheaper laptops that work a LOT better than this one. It gets incredibly hot, the wireless has been a constant problem - connecting and disconnecting. Lenovo do not have a policy of replacing a faulty laptop (even after 4 factory resets and umpteen visits from their engineers) they believe in trying to fix the faulty item - at my expense I feel! There are much cheaper and better products on the market, I would avoid this Thinkpad at all costs, they do not offer anything different to cheaper models, and in fact a lot of what they do offer is not good - especially the after sales service!

Summary: don't touch this with a barge pole!
