Advantages: Good interior

Disadvantages: Worst exterior ever

Before I went to university, I needed a new laptop. My many hours of work put in over a long period of time allowed me to buy this machine, which I am writing this review on now.

The laptop, as a computer, works fine. The insides do what they're supposed to at an average speed. Nothing impressive, but it does the job. I have many programmes needed for my course, which take up a lot of space, as well as iTunes and a few games, and the laptop handles it perfectly.

I'll say at this point to whoever reads this review, always get a warranty. A brand new laptop, no matter what brand, needs a warranty. I will also say that I appreciate my belongings, so me having a laptop in my hands means that it will be well looked after and handled with care.

Now I'll talk about the outside of the laptop.

A few days after I bought this laptop, I had it sat on my knee at home, Facebooking and whatnot. I lift the laptop to move it, and a little black screw stayed on my knee. This has happened around 10 times up to now, and I'm not quite sure how the bottom of the laptop hasn't fallen off yet.

I am currently missing a 'B' button, the ' button, the 'backspace' button, and the 'down' button. The buttons just started sticking over the times I've had it, and eventually fell off like a black toenail. Obviously the buttons still work, but it's a struggle to type out essays and other things I type.

A month or so ago, I opened my laptop and one of the sides that hold the screen up snapped. It split all of the crack open, so half of my screen can be seen from the side. Sellotape is currently holding it together so that it's still usable.

I've had this laptop for a year now, and it's just been one huge problem. Instead of replacing the keyboard and pretty much the whole exterior, I'm going to replace the laptop and avoid this brand completely for the rest of my life, and urge any other potential buyers to do the same.

Summary: Worst laptop I've ever experienced, if I could give it less than one star I would.
