Decent quick lightweight netbook (Medion Akoya Mini E1210)
Member Name: diegomobbs
Advantages: Easy to use, with decent battery life Disadvantages: No DVD/CD drive Good lightweight net book at a reasonable price, processing is occasionally slow but usually very good. It has a decent size hard drive and RAM as well as having built in wireless and a reasonable battery life even during heavy usage. Also there are lots of USB ports and a memory card slot on the side which are very useful. However the main downside is that it doesn't have a CD/DVD drive although one of these can be purchased for around £30. When watching TV shows through 4OD occasionally the screen would go blank and it wouldn't respond but this could be rectified by putting it into hibernation mode and then coming out of it. The screen size is very reasonable and the function buttons also provide quick methods of adjusting the brightness and volume as well as turning off the wireless and enabling the net book to be connected to an external monitor. Summary: Pretty decent mid range net book with 10" screen
