Samsung R719 ... Samsung R719 is £420 on laptops direct. It has a 17" screen and a decent specification as well. First, if you are a gamer, this isn t the right laptop for you. The laptop looks good appearance wise with its matt casing. I have to say I m a fan of glossy cases that get fingerprints on them - just because they look nice when they are clean. This however, still looks very nice. It weighs 2.8kg, which to me is still too heavy for a laptop when you consider the other items you usually carry around with you. Specification wise, the laptop is packing an Intel dual core at 2ghz, it s an older processor but it s still good with a 1mb cache. The 3 GB of ram works well wit... Acer Aspire 5738Z-423G16MN ... where to start... Well, Acer has done it again by producing a laptop with decent specs at a low price. In fact, the laptop is so cheap now, that it would be hard to take any notice of any disadvantages, because it s such good value for money. Ebuyer are currently selling this laptop at £320. Setup: As usual, it s full of a lot of trial software, which is a shame, but nothing to worry about because it doesn t take long to remove. This is a minor inconvenience which you will get with any laptop that you buy. Advantages: A very nice looking laptop with a decent specification that is suitable to most people s needs.
