Compaq Evo N410c:
... evo i bought for £150 and everyones amazed at the size of the thing for its age. And it isnt comprosed on performance as its specs match bigger models from other brands of its time. like i said, its just fine with Office work and internet. The screen is good for video playback, and the docking station you get with it provides you with good speakers. This laptop was designed to be a lightweight package, so they c... Dell Latitude C610 ... points, but mine was bought second hand from someone who said all the bits were they when they weren't. really really nice. keyboard feels nice, touchpad mouse comfortable to use for a long period of time. The nipple mouse in the keyboard has a tendency to send the cursor off to the egde of the screen, and in the end I cut the cable connecting the nipple mouse as it was annoying me so much. other than that it's really really good. runs really nicely with Windows XP, can cope with quite a lot before it slows down. on other disadvantage is that there is only one USB port, which means you can't be connected to the internet via a cable if you have a USB mouse plugg... Compaq Armada M700DCT ... it and I've had it apart a bit). 3. Compaq's web site and support. Any drivers I've needed I've found on the Internet. 4. The keyboard's nice. It has an infrared port. The Packard Bell doesn'... Read the full review: I'd buy another, even in 2006. by Mr. Davis |

Toshiba Satellite Pro 4320 ... I am no expert and I would purely like to express my positive experiences with others that may be thinking of buying a laptop. There are a number of reasons as to why I have found my laptop particularly pleasing; these are more so personal practical reasons than technical ones! Firstly as I mentioned the laptop is extremely easy to access even by the computer illiterate, the instruction manual was particularly perceive and easy-to-follow. The keys are also very easy to clean, this was a point that I used to find incredibly frustrating on my old laptop. Considering the compact design the laptop has a large screen as I have found that it has an incredibly narrow trim. The... Read the full review: Another mill of the market? by kesha123 |
