Mine seems to only last 30mins at the most, but as my laptop was second hand ti may... Read the full review: Good starter laptop by ktlee84 |

Samsung Q30 Silver 1100 ... functional - I find much smaller harder to touch type on. The dimensions are a pretty neat 28.8 cm x 19.6 cm x 2.4 cm. The Q30 runs on Windows XP Professional which was preinstalled. It isn t the fastest machine to use however, especially by today s standard of super fast machines. It has a paltry 512 MB of RAM and runs on an Intel Pentium M Processor 1.10 Ghz. The hard drive is 40 GB and there are two USB slots. All this seems pretty appalling today when you can pick up small netbooks that run on Linux for under £150 in Tesco with a similar spec, but none of these netbooks are anything like as sleek as the Q30 and lack some of the better features. This little be... Read the full review: Samsung Q30 - Small but Perfectly Formed by rosebud2001 |

Sony Vaio BX297XP ... sony vaio BX297XP is a laptop that offers a much higher performance than other laptops. Why get a sony vaio laptop If you need a high end, large amount of processing laptop, then this is the laptop for you. Infact, my vaio laptop has higher specs than the pc i am using to write this review on! The vaio has wireless internet, a huge screen (17") a built in webcam cam (the web cam is incredibly high quality, i taked to my dad on skype when he was on it, it felt like he was in the room!) and a special fingerprint button. You can save your fingerprints to the laptop, and rather than having to type in time consuming passwords, you simply just rub your finger along the... IBM Thinkpad X31 2673 ... created an account on this web site mostly to complain about something else, and I wanted the karma to balance out, so here is a review of what I think is one of the best laptops ever. For background you should know that I can have my pick of laptops and would often update to the latest model every year. Well, for the last three+ years I ve stuck with my X31 and I ll continue for as long as it lasts. Note this is about the X31 in general, not specifically the 2673. If you re going to buy one, it ll be second-hand so go for the highest spec possible. Why? well, because it does everything I want, including: * Being a small, light net-book long before people realised w... Read the full review: A Netbook by Devany |
