Windows xp pro was easy to use and quite reliable although some compatibility issues regarding drivers etc for a canon scanner/printer. I loved the wifi as this was the first laptop I used with it and proved very useful and reliable.
The dvd playback and screen was better than expected with ati graphics and selections could be made using its pre-loaded software.

I owned this laptop for approx. 2 years and got great use out of. It has been an extremely reliable laptop and never gone wrong on me at all. It is also very quiet as I have experienced noisy fan laptops in the past and they have been very annoying. It's quite slim and average weight for it's 15" size and the battery life was quite good at about 2 hours.
