What can I say about the Samsung R519 (other than it is the best laptop I've ever had)? Well, a lot actually. I've owned the Samsung R519 for just over a year now (as it was a Christmas present) and I can honestly say I don't know how it is still working. I have not had this laptop turned off for more than one hour since I first turned it on. It is on ALL day and ALL night only restarting it so that updates can be installed! I got my Samsung R519 for Christmas 2009. I was instantly happy. A year on and it is still as good as brand new laptops out there which is great ! It has good specs and a large , bright screen. The Samsung R519 is my first laptop. as I had always previously used desktops I was reluctant to spend money on a laptop so I didn't, it was a free gift when I got my most recent mobile phone contract last autumn. The one I have has the intel dual core 2.16 with 3ghz of ram and a 250gb hard drive. The computer performs most everday functions without any issues whatsoever. Games can be a little bit dodgy as the graphics can let it down a bit. I have recently upgraded my internet and laptop deal with three and have gone from an Acer laptop to the Samsung R519. I must say the difference is great, it is slim, sleek, trendy and lightweight compared to the acer. It has 250Gb storage which is great if like me you like your music and pictures. Also very handy if your studying with plenty of space and light and portable enough to carry around with you. The R519 starts up really quickly, no faffing about and is fairly easy to use. I've had a few laptops over the years and never had a Samsung. I chose the Samsung after looking around the internet for a while and I picked this because Samsung being a really good make but not a make I's initially associate with Laptops was advertised for a very good price on the website.
