This is the only computer that i have ever owned in my life that never had a hardwear failure. The computer lasted me years and years and years untill i upgraded to the asus ultra book a month ago. Now the computer is sitting on my dresser as a back up if i ever need it. I would suggest buying it if you didnt want top end performance.

I've had this laptop for some years now so I can write about how it has held up. The hard drive is a good size, I've never wanted for extra storage on it, and I have a number of DVDs and albums burnt to the laptop. For gaming, with a few tweaks I have managed to get some games working well on it, but it is not a gaming laptop, period, so I wouldn't advise it for that purpose in mind, but it will run casual games with no problem whatsoever. Great laptop to buy, with a great HD display perfect for Divx videos. This is a high spec laptop that will work with the new Windows 7 operating system, so its upgradable when the new system comes out. Battery power is not great, my Samsung battery has stopped working so it turns off when you remove the power supply and at times the laptop just over heats and turns off. Fantastic Laptop Truley Brilliant apart from the fact that the C drive only had 38 Gig on it and the D drive had the rest --Obviously you can change it (Which i did) So it wasnt a big problem.Also When i am connected to the internet the little box thing in the bottem right corner says im not and when i click connect to the internet it says im already connected. My Msn Messenger does not work it just consistantly comes up with errors(Im not sure if thats the laptops fault or not though).
