i bought this laptop of ebay since m,y other one broke i think its really easy to use and its very highspeed and doesnt crash it also lets you download alot of things which is very useful i find the mouse pad a bit hard to use though because its a bit small but overall its very good the screen picture is also cvery clear and not blurry so its easy to use and the screens a reasonable size to and it ha a long lasting battery whch is handy if your out and on it
