i have never known a laptop which does this. [-Customer Service & Help-] Samung is a great company which has so much help on offer for its users. Samsung has a great call centre with people that are willing to help. The call centre is more or less 24 hours, well it has always been open when i have rang up. Samsung also offer a great email service where you email with the problems which you are having and they will help you sort them out with a email back within a couple of days, which is a quick response for a large company. Other options include, online video tutorials, and online forums where people can come online and help you with the problems you are having. ...
