Samsung has a great call centre with people that are willing to help. The call centre is more or less 24 hours, well it has always been open when i have rang up. Samsung also offer a great email service where you email with the problems which you are having and they will help you sort them out with a email back within a couple of days, which is a quick response for a large company. Other options include, online video tutorials, and online forums where people can come online and help you with the problems you are having. ...

when choosing this piece of machinery. I was interested in the Quad (i5 core) which from what I understand is quite advanced and means the system works much better than Core 2 Duo does (which is what I had previously had) and with fewer faults than the newer i7... - in all honesty, I don t use my laptop for more than accessing the net and writing a few reviews (although not done much of that lately), revision for exams and some accountancy related spreadsheets for exams.
