Sony Vaio AR41MThe panoramic sweep of the AR-Series' 17-inch screen doesn't just deliver a huge and comfortable Windows Desktop. Next-generation X-black LCD screen enhancements deliver contrast and brightness second to none. X-black also produces exceptionally vibrant and lifelike color, but the AR-Series goes even further with a precision-tuned combination of backlight spectrum and filtering layers that creates unprecedented color fidelity. When you see it on the AR-Series, whether it's a photograph, home video or an HD Hollywood blockbuster, it will look the way it should. The AR-Series has its own special look thanks to an advanced finish, which is as durable as it is distinctive. Even the palm rest has been specially textured to prevent distracting reflections while you are watching a movie or TV. Behind the stunning visuals and beneath the head-turning physical Sony design there is real power. In fact the new generation of Intel processors ensures that the AR-Series is a match for many desktops. More Sony laptops

Sony Vaio AR51E

Rating:
expected would happen, but it did. Sony include a lot of their own programs pre-loaded on the laptop, mainly entertainment programs. I made the mistake of trying out Vaio Movie Story, and discovered that this kicked in another Sony program called intelligent analyzer and another called media content importer . These 2 together started indexing and analysing all my pictures and movies that I had transferred from my old HP, and they took so much memory and CPU power that at times the laptop would not respond to any commands, not even Task Manager would run. When I finally got Task manager open, I was able to use the resource monitor to find the cause of my grief and ...

Being given a Sony Vaio is like aquiring a work of art. Design as well as functionality is at the heart of the Vaio. The Z600TEK is a master of the functionality within the smallest area possible. The array of connection options allow this to be a workhorse of any notebook arena. Connections for memorystick, firewire, usb, ...

Rating:
Yes, you heard correctly; the XG29 Vaio is better than you. It is smarter than you and it is much better looking than you are. In fact, the VAIO probably has more character than you do. Sorry, and yes, it did hurt for me to break all of that to you. However, most of it is true. I came upon the VAIO when I needed to replace my Dell laptop (For reasons explained in a previous epinion) and since my company was paying, well, I decided that I would go for the best laptop that I could find. I checked all of the well known brands and decided that the VAIO had more to offer than any other brand for the price and since I did not want to look overly abusive, price was a ...
