The Sony Vaio AW11M/H is most possibly the best media laptop around. This Vaio AW series was designed to be. The Laptop contains the Dolby Home Theatre hardware which makes you feel as if you were in a cinema but at home. With its RAM at 4GB you will be able to play any movie you want and still be able to surf and multi task without any worries. Also with over 320 GB memories you can store a fair few movies on there in case you want to pass the time on a long journey. Also the way this laptop looks so stylish and you know its reliable because it is made by Sony. Finally it comes with windows vista home premium which means that you will have the best user interface available at this moment in time for windows. I would definitely recommend this laptop for anyone who watches a lot of movies or gets bored a lot while travelling. The only downside is that due to the fact that it so reliable and from such a big brand it must have a large price tag but this is a good piece of kit and is well worth it.

It does usually come with widows vista (but is dependent on who you buy it off)
It costs from roughly 1100 pounds
Its durable as i have dropped it a few times and nothing has happened and the keyboard design is abit different from other laptops as its more like a desktop keyboard with numbers on the right.
The screen is 18 inch wide screen (which is perfect for watching movies on) and is brilliant quality.
Its really light in comparison to other laptops which i have had.
Finally the battery life is pretty average which is about 2 hours (but if you are travelling via train or plain you can just plug it in so it is still good for travelling).
