ve had it for a year now, and never has it crashed or had a problem with it apart from now (which i will explain in a minute). This Sony Vaio laptop is easy to use, the keyboard is nicly set out, along with the mouse. As you can see at the front of the laptop it has memory card slots, which is excellent if you have photos on memory card, you can just put it in, and copy the photos over, very quickly.
