      Fantastic stylish Laptop

I am sitting here comfortably settled on the sofa with my gorgeous Sony Vaio CS11S/P on my lap, so I thought I would take the opportunity to tell the world how brilliant she is. Of Course she is a she, nothing this beautiful and stylish could possibly be a man!!

I fell in love at first site with her at PC World, when I went for a look knowing my old lappy would soon be departing to silicon heaven. At £799 she was slightly more than I wanted to pay, so after a bit of shopping around I found her at Tesco Direct for £709.

The colour is a shiny pearl like baby pink, which covers the whole of the laptop, unlike the pink Dell I looked at which was only the outside cover. She is slightly smaller than a standard laptop with a 14.1 inch screen, which I actually like - She fits in a safe so she can come on holiday. The keys are what has been referred to as scrabble style - The letters stick out quite well spaced from the base plate like scrabble letters but with no gaps to allow crumbs to gather. I thought this was a bit weird at first, but now find them much more accurate to type with!!

She came with 4GB of RAM, and 320GB Hard Drive, which means she is quick with loads of storage space. I am terrible for having loads of windows open at a time and never have any problems with slow down or crashing. She has Windows Vista Home Premium built in, and comes with a 3 month trial of Microsoft Office 2007. She is also Bluetooth compatible, which is great for transferring stuff over from your phone, and has a build in webcam, but I have not used that.

There is also a built in DVDR, and the picture and sound quality from a DVD is great - I also use iplayer, 4od and other similar internet TV players and have always found the sound and quality to be as good as the TV. I have read some complaints that the fans on this model can be noisy but the only noise I have found is when it is reading a disk, and that is only for about a minute.

As you can probably tell, I am really pleased with my purchase. The battery life seems really good, as although it is normally on charge downstairs, I have never got less than 2 hours out of the battery. Although it is not the cheapest laptop on the market, it is stylish and lightweight with great performance and I think she was worth every penny

a good laptop a good size an weight i would buy again

I bought this sony laptop for my daughter as a christmas present last christmas for £500, and its only been around 4 months but in those few months it has been used by everyone in the house and i must say i am very impressed with it.
It is the usual high standard you'd epect from Sony, quite easy to use, high sound and image quality, fast loading and a great appearence. When I bought it, we also got 6 months free Norton anti-virus when i purchased this laptop which is a bonus to protect our great new computer!

Is stylish and sleek in design and has a very modern look and feel to it unlike some laptops i have seen that can be quite large and bulky looking.
Its pretty light weight so can easily be carried around and used on your lap or mayde even in bed? It's great for girls, especially my teenage daughter who loves pink.

The only thing I find a little irritating about this laptop is the battery. I think it is just me, I sit on it dooyoo-ing and on facebook and before I know it, the battery has died and I have to go off to find the charger and plug it in so I can carry on using it. I think that the battery lasts about an hour and a half, which could be better, but is still good and gives me time to use the computer anywhere in the house.

I havent regretted buying this laptop at all, in fact compared to some of the laptops i have purchased in the past i can honestly say if i ever decide to get myself one or upgrade my daughters i will definatley buy another Sony Vaio.

        5 out of 5, a bargin!

The Sony Vaio CS11S/P is a great laptop. My sister purchased one at Christmas and kindly she has let me use it. Well considering I know alot about computering, I had to set it up for her and get it running.
Like the picture, its the colour pink which is attractive and looks great alike many of the highly rated Dell colours. The computer itself has got some great features. It has 4 GB of RAM, 2 GB more than most laptops and it also has bluetooth. Yes, you really can print wirelessly around your house, send stuff from your phone without pluging it in and many more to add. It has a built in webcam great for cam calls to friends and family. It is easy to use, quick and simple. Whats more impressive isthe 14.1" screen! It really does have great graphics with its card and at £750, this is a give away.

The laptop is just like everyother laptop laid out with a simple design. Its functions are real easy to use and can be used freely by people who are not so great with computers. A bad point about it is the battery time. When surfing the net, the battery will run from fully charged to 0% in about 70 minutes so the best thing would be to keep it on the charger all the time.

When buying this laptop, you will recieve 3 months free use of Microsoft Office with the change to buy it at a reduced price once the time has expired. Likewise you will recieve 12 months trail of Norton Anti Virus.
The laptop is lightweight and can easily be used lying down in bed.

Its not just for the girls and women, a real man wears and uses pink!
