Got this laptop as a birthday present and costing nearly £800 was a bit sceptical that it could be that much better than my previous one which I paid just £400 for. I love the look of the laptop, it's so modern, stylish and compact - love the light-up keyboard!! Another thing which was noticeably different from my previous laptop was how light this is! It is at least half of the weight of my previous laptop which means that I use it a hell of a lot more because it's so effortless to carry around with me. Was very excited to see what windows 7 was like and to be completely honest, was underwhelmed with the difference, apart from few flashy images I can hardly tell the difference. Also, I'm not sure whether this is due to the i3 processor or just that it's a new laptop with lots of free space, but this laptop is so much faster than any i've ever used in the past. There is also plenty of space for photos and programmes etc. I found the battery life of this laptop is great (around 10 hours) once fully charged, I was lucky if my old laptop lasted 3 hours off charge! overall, I think you definitely get what you pay for with this laptop, I can find no faults and if you are considering purchasing a cheaper alternative then I would advise you to save that little bit more as it is worth it!!!!
