Sony's mini powerhouse (Sony Vaio FZ21E)
Member Name: doncasteryb
Advantages: Full HD, onboard webcam, excellent solid feel Disadvantages: Battery life
I bought this laptop last year and it works really well, it loads up within minutes. The processor is an Intel Core 2 Duo, running at 2GHz, which is a good speed, considering it's dual core (which is about 40% quicker than single core). The 2GB RAM is good enough for online gaming as well as surfing the net, without experiencing any problems whatsoever. It is also possible to expand the memory to 4GB max, so in a way they have made it future proof. The 160GB hardrive is more than adequate for storing many word documents, music and video's, however, can be expanded. Summary: Well worth the money if you want a durable laptop
