Advantages: 4 gig ram, bigger hard disk, classy chic look.

Disadvantages: Dont like the processor,no blu-ray,

Sony has a standard to maintain regarding laptops. To be honest, Vaio series is just outstanding due to their stylish look, user satisfaction and high specification.


Their is no short-comings in this laptop specification. This Sony got 4 GB of ram is more than enough. It is more than sufficient to run windows VISTA on your laptop while multitasking as well in full speed.


But, what makes me wonder, the processor is not up to the standard regarding high ram. One thing we have to consider before buying laptop is, what processor speed and the cache memory, the more you cache memory you have, the more multitasking is possible for you. I think Core2 duo E7200 is better option , because it has more cache memory and also higher rotating speed.


High cache memory allows the user enjoy high speed computing. I just love this VAIO series. They are remarkably slim and light weight equipped with tons of useful features. The keyboard of this laptop is very well spaced and good for fast typing. There not so much excess button as well. The touch pad responses very quickly. It comes with dvd writer as optical drive, allows you to watch DVD as well as burn them. There is also very powerful graphics card Radeon HD 3470 comes with this laptop. The screen is 15.4'' wide screen with really high resolution, helps the user to enjoy high quality video.


But, alas unlike dell, you just cant build you laptop with Sony. You can chose different model ,which only other option. Stylish white look relatively cheap price and high spec, all in all an almost perfect gaming laptop in your hand with reasonable price.
