I received this Laptop last for my birthday last year as a first laptop, previously having a dell computer. First of all, let me say, it really is a work of art; the texture, the definition in the screen, the key pad...the simplicity of it is very chic. I have one in white, as displayed in the description and have had many a compliment when I ve taking it to work - (which was a dream as it s so light). All hardware works fantasticly, I ve had no problems whatsoever with keypad, scroll, disk player etc. It s fast to start up and close down, open programmes and very responsive. My dad has this laptop, and has never had a problem. Everything seems to be going really well. I love the keys on this Sony as you cannot get dirt under them which was also a problem with my old laptop. The battery life is fairly good, but does seem to suddenly drop. I would recommend this laptop ! with a built in webcam it comes wiht everything you need, and is totaly reliable. It has not yet ONCE over heated which was a major problem with my old laptop. I LOVE this laptop, so reliable, easy to use and set up and seems totaly reliable so far, as i needed a reliable laptop for college work :) I recommend a sony ...
