It survived having multiple windows open as I did research and copied and pasted between applications, as well as being left on for long periods as I printed assignments. Likewise in between assignments it has happily played several of the latest computer games, without being excessively slow or deterring the graphics of games.

I have had this laptop for around 2 years now and it is one of the best laptops I have used. It is good at all round applications from playing games, to surfing the internet, to word processing. If you have very specific needs e.g high graphics for gaming or photography, or a very fast processor for complex software this is perhaps not the laptop for you.
