this lapto is a sony whitch as you proply know is a really good quailty make so that is somthing you should bear in mind when looking at the price.

it has a super fast dual core processor whitch is a t7200 whitch is 2ghz!!! 2x2=4ghz in total...

it has 64 bitwhitch basicly mean it spourt 64bit OS that means it can be more stable than other 32bit OS if you where to upgrade to 64 bit computeing you would be able to have all the 32 bit virus in the world on the laptop and it would not affet you at all they simple jjust dont work and becuase most people have 32bit OS's this becomes now alot safer to use.

it has the maxium ram install whitch is 2GB and for a laptop that is the most i have seen under the £1000 laptops so this is nice.

the ram is ddr2 whitch means it is faster and more stable than the prevoius ddr1 ram,

the hard drive size is 160GB whitch is about 53.5k songs (3megs each) this also runs at 5400 RPM whitch is standard for a laptop.

the opitacal drive can read any dvd or cd and can burn on any dvd or cd this is a good fesure becuase you can save moeny on buying the dvd - rather tan dvd +

the memory card slot surports Memory Stick, Memory Stick PRO, Memory Stick Duo and others.

the screen size is 13.3" whitch is rather nice size for a laptop this has a resoluiton of 1280x800 whtich is turly nice looking

lets talk grapics

the grapics card is a NVIDIA GeForce Go 7400 whitch means it is a mobile one buy vendor this has its own onboard ram of 335MB this card will run most new games no proplem (always check frist)

you will get with the laptop high defition sound whitch mean everything will be more crisp and nothing ever will be fuzzy with the right head phones.

it has an intergrated camra whitch is a poor 0.37 megapixel this takes pictures at 640x480 but this will be great for using msn or other intant messaging programs with webcam it just is not a good camra to take picgtures,

wireless LAN aerial, this is stanrd laptop wireless
Bluetooth aerial this has 100 meter range but most phones only have 20 :(

fingerprint reader from what i no this is when the laptop is lock you use this to unlock it

OS's

it has Microsoft Windows Vista Business whitch i am guessing mean that this laptop is meant for a bussiness
