Slow from day one. Bought with the intention of being used throughout three years of university study, have had enough of it after one; so much so i have had to replace it after just one year. Terrible graphics features; had to turn Vista down to basic graphics in order for the laptop to perform at a tolerable pace. Disk drive became faulty, screen dull, keys started to come off after just a few months, laptop volume inaudible, just an all round disappointment. Had no outstanding features, pretty much felt like a Friday design. I wish i hadn't have fallen for the slick advertising! Sony have a good reputation and I'm suprised they've produced such a piece of junk!
