Time Traveller E500-3D 12.1" CD This is one of Time's notebooks out at the moment which is under £1000. This notebook comes with an 500MHz AMD K6-2 Processor which can handle all your working needs. It also comes with 64Mb of SDRAM Memory, a 6Gb Hard disk which competes with other top of the range makes, if this isn't enough for what you want then you can always upgrade to a 12Gb Hard drive. It also has a 56K built-in modem, a fast 24x CD-ROM Drive more then plenty for today's Programs and games and a 12.1" HPA SVGA Colour Screen for working on your work and playing your games. * 500MHz mobile AMD K6-2 3D processor * 64Mb ... In May of this year I purchased a Time 500 3D notebook. I spent a great deal of time reading up on notebooks and talking to others prior to purchase. What made my mind up was the spec of the machine. In addition to the 12 GB hard-drive it also has 128 mb of RAM as standard, an AMD 500 3D processor and the software pack is very comprehensive. I decided on the 13.3 TFT screen in preference to the 12.1 HPA screen as the quality difference is vast. With the TFT you do not get the mouse drag that you appear to get on the HPA. This machine cost £1390.00 in total which was about £200 more that the HPA screen but it is definately worth it. Delivery was within 7 days and I have ... Read the complete review
