The laptop along with operating system comes with some Toshiba software for running the webcam and creating recovery discs etc. I suggest you create the recovery discs sooner rather than later as this will be your only way to restore the computer to factory settings. I have had my Laptop since 2007 and it is still functioning fine. I use it for almost everything, from online shopping, e-mail, facebook, creating word documents, powerpoint presentations and playing films and music. Since I have had the laptop for almost 4 years, it has began to get a bit outdated, although the memory has still not ran out!
