Had this Laptop nearly 2 months now and as far as operating spec goes it does what it says on the tin. had a few hiccupps withit though as i have had it replaced once due to an inherent failure of the hard drive after 3 weeks. had to argue the cause with Comet, but fair dos to them, they swapped it and were very apologetic. It works well on the internet and speeds are very reasonable. It does seem slightly slow changing programmes but if you can live with this then its great. I can say much more as i am not too technically minded but it as i have said operates very well, does the job and is not too expensive for home use. My only gripe as with any modern laptop is that ...

I bought myself the Toshiba Satellite X200-20T back in 2007, attracted by the product s great reviews and specification. The laptop features a Core 2 Duo 2 Ghz processor, 2GB memory, 320GB Hard Disk capacity, Nvidia 8700m GT 512MB graphics card, 17inch widescreen TFT and a HD-DVD/DVD-R/CD-R drive. The operating system is Windows Vista. I quite like to play the latest computer games every now and then, and this laptop is great for anything like that. Games like Oblivion, Microsoft Flight Simulator X, MotoGP 07 and Black and White 2 run with full settings enabled without any slow down. I have had issues playing Grand Theft Auto 4 though, but I think that this is a ...

owed it to my readers to let them know if the grass is greener on the Mac side or not. The guys (and gals) at Toshiba kindly loaned me a Satellite X200 laptop... not for a full on review, rather for a play with for a month and just let your readers know what you think of it, well here goes. First of all, it is important that I let you know my general thoughts about Vista. It has improved a lot since the release of Service Pack 1. A lot of the previous problems have been fixed and it also seems to run a little smoother. That said, it is still so convoluted to use. So many clicks and confirmations to perform even the simplest task. Add to that the constant updates and ...
