I loved this laptop. I know longer have it, but it was my first Laptop and it lasted a long time with very few problems. It is quite an old laptop now, but even for today the spec if pretty good. The laptop looks good, it has a slight shiny blue lid, like a metallic look. The ports, most of the ports are on the back, there are two USB ports, a serial port, a parallel port, a VGA port and network plugs. On the front there are some media buttons, but i could never seem to get them to work, but they might just have been damaged on mine, not sure, but if they do work, they can play, pause, stop and forward and back in media player. when using the battery didn't give much time to plug it into the mains. This has got better under linux, but still can surprise. Bearing in mind that it dates back a few years now, and it's as good as you can expect from an older laptop. Would suit anyone except those who need more horsepower, eg for video. I didn't buy this from Toshiba , so cannot comment on the manuals/support. ...
