This laptop, for its prices would be a perfect Laptop for use around the home, maybe at university. I have had this laptop a few months now and i have never had an error message or any other problems with it. I only have one obvious snag. This laptop, due to its size, is quite heavy, so this laptop is not as good for people constantly moving around, as it would wear you out. Also you will have to use this laptop on a desk or something, as keeping it on your lap after about half an hour it starts to hurt. The battery life of the laptop is about 2 and a half hours, ...

Had this Laptop nearly 2 months now and as far as operating spec goes it does what it says on the tin. had a few hiccupps withit though as i have had it replaced once due to an inherent failure of the hard drive after 3 weeks. had to argue the cause with Comet, but fair dos to them, they swapped it and were very apologetic. It works well on the internet and speeds are very reasonable. It does seem slightly slow changing programmes but if you can live with this then its great. I can say much more as i am not too technically minded but it as i have said operates very well, does the job and is not too expensive for home use. I m a teacher and this was the model given out as standard as part of the laptops for teachers initative. It was also available separately for retail. The Laptop has 3 USB ports, modem, network port, VGA, headphone and mic inputs. There is nothing else really and it is a basic setup. Although it is basic is has done a good job of running everything that I have needed out of it. The screen is a basic 15" regular shape (not widescreen) and it isn;t the brightest or clearest but none the less does ok.
