The Toshiba Satellite range has been in production for over a decade now, and much has improved since some of its earlier models. And that includes the introduction of the companies year 2000 edition, which came with a 6 GB HDD and ran at 500 MHz - unbelievably, this comparatively under-specced (for todays standards) model was sold for $2400 (new) at the time. The Toshiba Satellite C660-155 laptop is amazing! Fast processor. Massive storage. Good webcam. The list goes on! This Laptop is the definition of Value for money, i managed to purchase it for the bargain price of £329, and when you consider it has a powerful 2.53ghz processor, 15.6" Screen, add to that it has 4GB of ram, and you have a super smooth computer, which can handle simultaneousness tasks, effortlessly, i won't bore you with the technical details as they can be seen above, they are all very impressive. This laptop is a fantastic purchase if you are looking for a middle of the road laptop. It works very well if you use mainly browser based application for work and browser based games. As it comes pre-installed with many Toshiba applications that are difficult to consider removing unless you are an advanced PC/Windows user it can be very slow if you have to install software onto your laptop to work or play. I am not a computer genius but I would hope that this review will assist a decision somewhere along the line. I love my laptop - it was my first experience of Windows 7 and I have found it hard work to fathom initially but now I wouldn't be without it.
