The T Toshiba Satellite L300D-10F is my first laptop. Out of pure excitement, I bought it in a rush and paid £399.99 for it. Being naive, I assumed that it would just be a great laptop and didn t really look around much. Fortunately, I wasn t disappointed and it was exactly what I expected. For the price of the laptop it has great specifications. It has 2 GB ram, which I hear is what you need for vista to run perfectly. The more ram you have the quicker your programs will load. I have had the T Toshiba Satellite L30-113 laptop for 2 years now and it has worked well. I bought it because it was a good offer at PC world for a laptop of that spec. It is not flashy but looks smart in black. The screen is good and clear and bright. The Toshiba onscreen startup processes are a bit longwinded and there is more waiting around for things to load than I would like. It has Vista preinstalled which takes up quite a lot of the HDD space and contributes to the waiting around. I would have preferred XP.
