The t Toshiba Satellite is pretty much perfect for documenting things and getting on with spreadsheets, essays and other non processor heavy tasks. I purchased one primarily for university work and it does it very well, the startup time is extremely fast, it comes with a version of windows 7 which is a much better change to the hopeless vista and it s extremely light and compact. There are a few shortcomings however... I find the keyboard can be a bit unresponsive at times so I am hesistant to do long essays on it due to spelling mistakes.
