Advantages: nice sec for the price, fairly light, looks pretty

Disadvantages: Gloss finish makes machine look old and battered within 5 mins, hard to use when under a night light

I owned one of thes for 17 hours !!!!

There were several modles within this range of Toshiba notebooks, depending on what one you went for you got either AMD or Intel CPU's and the graphics card and ram also differed.

Depending on your budget all models within this range were quite well priced with the top speced machine reatiling at around £600.

I wont go on about the graphics card or CPU as they differed so much within the range. I just thought it important to point out the biggest flaw with all the machines regaurdless of spec within this particular modle range. If you look close at the picture you will see the laptop is of a glossy nature, this looks nice in the show room but soon looks horrible when you have used it for more than 5 mins as it is quickly covered in finger prints. i know... i know, what has that got to do with the running of the machine and the awnser would be nothing, but if you are like me and like your possesions neat and tidy, i found this soon irratated me rather alot. Also the glossy finish is not just applied to the palm rest and laptop surround it is also applied to the keyboard. This for me was the biggest flaw as when i tried to use the machine on the evening of purchased, i was unable to see the key's on the keyboard due to the reflection of my celing light. This i found to be the last straw as i had to keep moving my head to try and see the charachters on the keyboard when trying to write word docs or talk to my friends on MSN. As you probably gathered it was returned the following day.
