I received this Toshiba laptop as a gift, reason why I don t use it as often as other users might, because I also have my main desktop computer. However, I like to take this laptop with me when traveling because it s very light weight and easy to handle. It always worked fast for me, it takes seconds to turn on and it never froze as I never had this kind of issues with it. It was very easy to set up (only had to turn it on, anyone can do it) and it came with Windows 7! The hard drive is large enough to store plenty of pictures and music for the majority of people. I have found the battery life to last often in excess of 2 hours from a full charge. When on or off charge the laptop is quiet and doesnt get too hot as do others I have seen or read about. The cd/dvd writer is quick and the built in software is simple and easy to use.
