I own this product and would highly recommend it. As a technical novice I found the initial set-up was easy to navigate. The screen is very clear and easy to read. This is a lighter weight laptop in comparison to those owned by other members of my family and friends. It is therefore, easier to transport. It is reliable and has a user friendly support and technical help service. The keys are easy to use and compare well to a full size key board.
