I've owned this laptop for two years and have had very few problems. The design is sleek. There is a generous keyboard and the touchpad is ergonomically friendly. The built-in web cam could give higher resolution but is sufficient for Skype or IM. The screen brightness when plugged in does not aggravate the eyes, but there is a significant drop in brightness if you run the laptop off the battery.
