I must of got a couple of bad ones of these then the first one the screen went very dull after a week and the Toshiba tech was no good at all returned a replacement arrived 10 days later which lasted 2 weeks and the hard drive started makeing a noise and this had to go back battery poor screen quallity good and keyboard layout good.

I have these as part of my Job. We tend to downgrade these to XP using a supplied downgrade disc.
