DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT buy a Toshiba A300D. Significant problems with laptop. Every action, yes every action is delayed by several seconds until what seems like the processor kicks in, the fan turns on and then whatever action/keystroke/video playback, then will begin. But your problems arent over, the fan does not continue to run, it stops and so does the toshiba. The Toshiba WILL NOT give you smooth playback of video from your hard drive, portable drive or from we b site, or as advertised over IP. Hibernation is almost non-functioning, after closing the lid and packing away in a computer bag, the next morning the computer was hot and the fan was running intermitetly, a serious fire hazard.If I could rate this piece of junk any more negatively I would.Desreves Zero Stars, but the site wont let me.
