So far I, and my family, have owned 5 toshiba laptops. They have all been worth the money but this one in particular, although it is not top of the range it has every basic feature expected at a high quality and further features such as a webcam. As a current student I enjoy it's long battery life, its fast processer speed but most importantly the space 640gb provides for musics and films. It is perfect for watching films with a large, bright screen and the speakers also are medium to high standard.
