I consider this machine to be a brilliant all round Laptop . It has a good battery life and will last around an hour of moderate use (internet surfing, typing etc.) without the charger. It advises you when the battery is about to die by making a loud beeping noise, this goes on for around five minutes intermittently before the machine actually shuts down, which I think is great as you have a chance to retrieve your charger and there is no chance of the machine shutting down before you have a chance to save what you are doing. low range laptop, it does its job fine, its powerful enough for the average non-gaming user, and its at a fairly decent price now. This is not an ideal Laptop for someone who s into gaming. It will struggle to run any game made after 2003. It has a 1.7GHZ Pentium 4 processor, a decent enough processor, it will be able to handle programs such as AVG anti-virus without much slow-down, and will be able to load programs up at a decent pace. My version of this laptop actually has 512mb of RAM instead of 256mb,there are 3 models of SP6100, the one described here i believe is the lowest model. 512MB of RAM is powerful enough to run games made up until 2008, but its mainly ...
