Toshiba Satellite L20-153 ... own this Toshiba L20 model laptop for more than two years now and I can really say, I already had proven it s durability and stability. My laptop is plugged and used almost 24/7 yet I haven t had any problem encountered so far except for some errors on the keyboard key, but maybe it was just on this particular unit. Good Points: It comes with a DVD writer, wireless ready, a dedicated media player button for ease control in playing your music or video without using your mouse or keyboard to control. Toshiba Satellite Pro L300-292 ... having a HP laptop for sometime converting to a Toshiba i would have thought might be a struggle ....but with Toshiba being the market leader in laptops since i can remember after buying this piece of gear i can see why.. all the features that i have on my HP are are on here.....it seems to me that Toshiba is a victim of gross copy cats! software seems to load and work quicker and the screen is second to none clear and crisp and this is not at the expensive of battery life which again is up there with the best. It has all the feature that you would like on a laptop and the graphics and sound card are more than enough to satisfy the gamer or music listener alike...A... Toshiba Satellite Pro L300-1AI ... this laptop for work. It is everything I would expect of a Toshiba, sturdy, good looking, reliable. The keys are bold and well labelled and the screen is wide and clear. The processor is fast and 2 GB RAM more than enough for work and personal use. I did upgrade it to 4 GB but only because I had some spare memory, not because it was slow. Upgrading the memory was simple. Wish it had a built in webcam but the plus points make this a minor issue. Set up was easy and all functions simple to locate and use. Battery life so far has been excellent giving me around an our and a half of unplugged working time.
