A unique feature of the HL-2060 is the job reprint function that allows users to make multiple original prints of one original with the touch of a button. Another helpful feature is the automatic email print function for Windows 95/98, software that lets users schedule and deliver automatic prints of email messages. The HL-2060 is Windows 3.1, 3.11, 95, 98 and Windows NT 4.0 compatible and includes drivers. It supports PCL 6 and PostScript Level 2 emulation (BR-Script), with automatic emulation switching upon data receipt. Fonts supplied include 75 scalable fonts, 12 bitmapped fonts and 66 scalable fonts in PCL.
